"I’ve been a member at Elements Massage in Bown Crossing for years, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with genuine care and made to feel like part of the family. The massage therapists are excellent... skilled, attentive, and really know the spots that need attention."

"Elements has a quiet spa like atmosphere and friendly staff. There are over a dozen different therapists to try. I love Mary. She is so skilled in different techniques to help my stiff neck and hip pain. She is also mindful of my fibromyalgia and arthritis pain. I’ve gone twice a month for over a year. This consistency has greatly improved my pain and overall well being!"

"Love the professional, lovely decor. The ambiance of Elements gives me a sense of confidence that my massage will be relaxing, professional and that everything will be handled hygienically."

"Mary is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She listened to my concerns, and hit every single knot I had in my back, and neck. It felt like she was working with four hands lol she was so sweet also! I will definitely be booking with her again. She was AMAZING! I feel like a new woman (:"

"Adam listened carefully to what I wanted from the massage and then delivered not only what I asked for (targeted muscular/myofacial release) but did it with the intensity level I asked for (on the first round, without any further questions) and also did it in the gentlest fashion I've ever encountered"

"Elements has a great atmosphere and really great staff.  They truly mean it when they say they strive to provide personalized service to fit your specific needs and concerns, and to make sure you are paired with just the right therapist."
